Bewitching Halloween Cocktails Now Available at Diner Bar

Diner Bar is excited to introduce a ghoulish lineup featuring spooky cocktails like

  • “Jack-o’-lantern Flip” – The richness and body of a whole egg and heavy cream make this a decadent drink. House-made pumpkin spice syrup plays well with the deep flavors of dark rum and cognac.
  • “Zombies’s Delight” – A Rum Daisy with the Japanese melon liqueur Midori. Beyond flavor, Midori brings the neon green color to this drink. A few dashes of absinthe help to create complexity.
  • “Grim Reaper” – Sweet vermouth is replaced by amaro Braulio in this Black Manhattan. Braulio has a strong flavor of dried alpine herbs that pairs well with spicy rye.
  • “Dracula’s Fang” – Fresh beetroot is infused with vodka overnight to stain the vodka deep red. After fine straining, ginger and lemon are used to season the shot.
  • “Silver Dagger,” “Odessa,” and more.

Join them for a chillingly delightful experience as you sip on these eerie elixirs and celebrate the spooky season. Diner Bar is located at  500 San Jacinto Blvd & E 5th St. Austin, TX 78701 and is open daily from 4pm – 10pm.
