Houston Gets Lit: Red Bull Showrun & Turn It Up Hit the Bayou City!

Calling all music and F1 fanatics in H-Town! Get ready for a double dose of Red Bull action this September 7th. The energy drink giant is bringing the heat with not one, but TWO epic events guaranteed to turn Houston upside down.

Gear Up for Red Bull Showrun: F1 Comes to Discovery Green

Kicking things off in the daytime is the FREE Red Bull Showrun. Head to Discovery Green for a chance to witness the raw power of Formula 1 firsthand. The legendary RB7 car, driven by Oracle Red Bull Racing, will tear up a custom-built track, performing heart-stopping donuts and burnouts.

This isn’t just for die-hard racing fans. The event caters to everyone, with a sprawling Red Bull Fan Zone featuring:

• Local food vendors to fuel your excitement
• Official Oracle Red Bull Racing merch to rep your favorite team
• F1 racing simulators to experience the thrill (virtually)
• Interactive activities for racing fans of all ages

And to keep the energy up, there’ll be electrifying performances from Red Bull athletes. Plus, a special mid-race concert featuring Houston legends DJ Mr Rogers and DJ Hed – that’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser!

Red Bull Turn It Up: DJs Battle It Out at NOTO

Later that night, the party moves to NOTO for the Red Bull Turn It Up competition. Here’s where things get hot. This isn’t your average DJ battle. It’s an interactive throwdown where YOU decide the winner!

Houston’s own DJ Mr Rogers will lead a crew of local talent against a team curated by LA heavyweight DJ Hed. Both teams will be thrown curveballs in the form of specific themes, forcing them to create killer mixes on the fly. Get ready for some next-level improvisation and dance floor fireworks!

The winning team will not only win the crowd’s hearts but also take home a killer prize pack including Pioneer DJ equipment and the chance to perform at the legendary One Musicfest in Atlanta!

To add to the excitement, Red Bull will be serving up custom cocktails inspired by the DJs. Try the “Roger That” or “The Hedquarters” for a taste of the action.
